We purchased the property in 2021, calling it "Hoosick Rentals", which provides storage solutions to businesses and individuals, as well as homes for our on-site tenants. With a two-family house (formerly known as "The Top Hat"), three little "cottages" - small residential dwellings, six storage units, a "shed" and "box truck" (2022) for lease. Additional storage space is in the works! In 2022, we erected a covered storage area for housing "boats and tractors", and now have a site plan for development of additional storage units. Our "man cave" (a two-bay garage) allows us to utilize the property efficiently, including maintenance of our snowplow and related equipment.
